Returning home from New York City, Alan Tyson is excited to be back where his life began. As a classically trained actor by trade and an honest man of service for more than 10 years in the hospitality field, he is eager to see the next season in his life grow and develop, without reservation. Roosevelt Fletcher, Jr. was born and raised in a Michigan community where great emphasis was placed on education, vocation, careers, supporting youth and families, faith-based outreach, and hard work. After his high school graduation, he immediately moved to Ohio and brought along those same values.
He succeeded at several jobs but found his passion in apparel and printing. He worked as a machinist, supervisor, and manager at Air Waves until he decided to venture out and open his own business. He is the proud owner of Maximum Apparel, LLC where he provides printed apparel to public and private schools, colleges and universities, small and large businesses, non-profits, and faith-based programs.
Roosevelt supports and sponsors local programs for children and families, especially sporting, recreational, acting and leisure events. He often donates clothing and back-to-school materials to underprivileged children, especially during holidays when parents could use additional support with clothing, food, gifts, and more.
When asked what the key to Mr. Fletcher’s success is, he proudly replied, “I have had to put in long hours just to reach my end-goal and that is to make sure each and every customer is satisfied. I treat each customer as if he is a part of the Maximum Apparel family. They are also my walking models, so I want them to look good and help spread the word about my business.”
